•	Washer/Dryer Room (Shared with Lower Level Unit but there are 2 sets of machines)


Well Equipped Home. Spend the day on the water then come home relax and play some games, have family night in the game room and family room before retiring to the Master suite with the private bathroom and King size bed. The kids room has 2 King beds and can sleep 4 comfortably.  Time to make some memories!

Pets are not allowed.

Note:
The house has been separated into two completely different units with a locked door between them that is locked from both sides (upstairs and basement) so neither guest can enter the other unit. There may be times when you will be sharing the house with other guests downstairs. Each room in the house as well as the Family Room and Kitchen areas are all controlled by individual air conditioners so you will have complete control over temperature of each room. There is a listing for the entire house if you would prefer that. The lower level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large Family Room.

We decided last minute to spend the weekend at Lake Powell… I’m so glad we were able to find this home to accommodate our family! We felt comfortable, everything was very clean, and my kids loved the game room and keep asking to stay there again! There were many amenities available and this home was close to town. Would stay here again!

We spent three nights in the upstairs apartment of Danny's place in Page. The space has been recently remodeled with new carpet, kitchen appliances and smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms. The dining room table seats eight; which is great for a larger family group. The beds are large and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the game room in the garage and spent a couple of hours playing Pac-Man on the video game console. We were able to hear people talking in the downstairs apartment; it was most noticeable near the entry and top of the stairs. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would come again.

I had very great night! They had nice bbq grill and kitchen and dining area. my niece played in their garden and it was very homey! I def recommend this one!❤️😇😇
