Property Owner Experience

Your experience is critical for our success as well. We want you to always know how your investment is performing. Our Management software allows you to have your own unique owner login portal to monitor financial performance of your property, see reviews, and monitor guest experiences anytime you would like. You can also reserve the days you want to stay at your own property right from your portal.

Management Fee

If you would rather us not rent your property and want us to simply manage it, we charge a flat 20% of gross revenue.
