This property has only one bath for 3 bedrooms. This doesn’t have a dishwasher. We were a group of 9 people. We failed to notice when we booked that it has a single bath. On top of that the shower was broken & never got fixed till we checked out. Other than that a good place to stay.
It was a perfect stay for my whole family .
Positive: equipped kitchen, clean, comfortable. Negative: check out too early at 10.

Perfect stay for our large family! Super clean. Loved the supplies for a pancake breakfast. That was such a help! Seemed like every detail had been thought through. Highly recommend!
We really couldn’t be happier with our stay. We came to Page for a remodel on our houseboat which was being stored about a half mile away from the Airbnb. We needed a clean, large and close by property, and we found it! Danny was super friendly, helpful and he checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He even accommodated a late checkout so we could shower after working and before heading home late afternoon. I have used Airbnb as a guest for 10+ years and I’m also a host-don’t think twice about securing this listing if it’s available. Clean, affordable and updated/modern property in a great location…..and great host! Thank you, Danny, we will see you again in a few weeks.
Very responsive. I was able to find and book this and be there within 1 1/2 hours. Nice little place
Positive: We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean, including both the rooms and the restroom, which made us feel comfortable right away. Danny, the owner, went above and beyond—he even bought us a new Instapot so we could cook rice, and a new air fryer as well. He was very approachable, responsive, and truly attentive to our needs. We were a group of 9, and my family really enjoyed our stay, even if it was just for one night. Highly recommended!
Everything went well here at this place. We stayed here while we visited Grand Canyon south rim and horseshoe bend. The place was great on the inside. Very spacious and plenty of sleeping options. The host was responsive to anything I needed. Great communication. Thanks again!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Leapfrog Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
