Spend the day on the water then come home to watch the sunset from the Balcony, soak in the Hot Tub, have family night in the game room or shoot some pool in the Billiards room before retiring to the luxury Master suite with the soaker tub and Sleep number style Bed. Both the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 have King Beds. The 2 kids rooms have bunk beds and one of them has a slide! Time to make some memories!
NOTE: This is not a party house. Maximum capacity is 16 people. Parking is limited to the double wide driveway and on the street directly in front of the house. 2 Trucks pulling trailers and 4 cars is the capacity.

It was a reasonable price, valuable location. We love this place.
If you’re a big group this place is superb, all the towels and linens you could ask for. Washing and dryer was useful after a week on the road. Host super responsive, I panicked when the door code didn’t work when we arrived after 9pm but they messaged back straight away! Loved being so close to the golf course, we played and surprised family by stopping by and picking up son on 4th hole. Hires on the course are incredible and it’s a very affordable championship course! We were there for horseshoe bend and antelope canyon, but would go back to play more golf! - Before booking I’d suggest checking the A/C noise has been resolved ( another review also mentioned it ) and it was truly loud, I’m a light sleeper and even with earplugs it kept me awake. - also ask if the Teflon pans have been replaced as they were all scratched and it’s dangerous heath wise to use - I unplugged the fragrance plugins in bathrooms as was so intense
Must stay for Horseshoe Bend/Antelope canyon! Positive: Great place, great location. Host was very helpful throughout the stay and responsive to our questions! Negative: -
