We had a great stay here. The Airbnb was clean, conveniently located, and had the benefit of a hot tub. I would happily stay here again on my next visit to Page.
We liked how it was tucked away in a neighborhood. It was quiet. Everything we needed was there. Great entertainment for the kids. If I was to go down south again I would definitely look this place up again.
Wha a wonderful base for so many adventures! There is a ton to do within as little as 15 minutes and if you’re willing to travel 45-60 minutes, wow!! So many options we couldn’t do them all! Check in and out was super smooth and easy and the house was perfect for wonderful evenings in the hot tub after a day of seeing the sites! The view from the neighborhood of the surrounding valley was awesome! There was ample hanging out and sleeping space for all. Great place, great location, great hosts! Thank you so much for hosting our family!!

We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home, which had some great family-friendly features. The kitchen was very well-stocked, making it easy to prepare several meals and save on dining out—much appreciated! There were plenty of linens, board games/game room for endless family fun, and the host even offered free kayak use (though we didn’t take advantage due to chilly temps). The host was highly responsive to messages, replying within minutes and offering solutions like a quick cleaning service when we mentioned a few concerns.That said, a few things kept it from being perfect. Check-in was delayed because the door code didn’t work initially, taking about 20 minutes to resolve. We also had some minor issues with cleanliness, broken toilet paper holders in both bathrooms and noisy older appliances). The biggest disappointment was the hot tub—we booked largely for this amenity, but it was dirty upon our arrival. The host quickly sent a repair person (which was helpful), but it remained unclean the next day even after service. Overall, it was a solid stay with strong communication and thoughtful extras, but some cleanliness and maintenance details could use attention for a top-tier experience. We’d consider returning if those are addressed.
A wonderful 5 star experience. Danny is a fantastic host. Great location for a visit to Lake Powell and would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We had a great stay! Everything was just what we needed and the outdoor space was amazing.
Good place for small groups
Highly recomended. We stayed in Page for two days and enjoyed doing many different activities the location was excellent for visiting various places and the area was quiet, which made it perfect for resting with privacy after a full day of doing activities. The hot water, heating, amenities, and kitchenware were all perfect. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go kayaking because the weather was very cold and it snowed, but someday we’d love to kayak on the lake and explore behind the canyon.

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Leapfrog Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
