Directly behind the backyard is a park complete with climbing Equipment for the kids and is easily accessible from a gate in the backyard. Time to make some memories!

We were only able to stay 1 night, but wish we could have stayed more! The space was great and accommodating to our large family! The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the garage/game room. We were very close to Horseshoe Bend, which was a great bonus. Danny was a very responsive and helpful host! Would love to stay again in the future!

Our family had a wonderful time. Great location and so many extra special touches… espresso machine, the softest blankets ever, and sweet touches everywhere. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place.

Felt just at home here. Nice big yard with all the amenities you need, especially a new jacuzzi. Location was super convenient.

Perfect spot for a short business stay. Extremely comfy beds and a sweet hot tub that made it easy to unwind in the evening. Super clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed. Easy check-in and great communication from the host from providing directions, how to work the hot tub and great recommendations for things to do in the area!
The space and all different types of accommodations really make this place stand out! My group loved staying here and location cannot be beat. far enough from the town central but close enough to not feel like a hassle when needing to go into town. Will love to come back

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Leapfrog Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Leapfrog Lodging will match it.
