From the perfect location to all the first-rate amenities provided Danny's place exceeded my expectations in every way. Very clean place, had the seasoning and dishes to cook and close distance to town. I enjoyed the stay very much!
It was a great home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with basic items including spices! The bathroom and common areas were well kept and clean. They have plenty of linens for a week’s stay. The triplex was very quiet and the location is walking distance from a grocery store and good restaurants. We are definitely looking forward to our next stay! 10/10 recommend!
This is an amazing property! It was so comfortable! Highly recommended if anyone is going to page! Positive: The spacious room, the location, the pancake mix was amazing! Friendly host too. Superb big tv with Netflix! Negative: Nothing! All is great!
Danny and Amanda’s place is perfect! The amenities are complete. Spotless. Very clean. The hosts are very responsive. The instructions are clear. It is very close to grocery stores, which is very convenient, and close to tourist attractions. The place feels very safe. We rested very well and slept very well. It is very tidy and cozy. I would highly recommend it, and if I’m coming back to AZ, I will definitely book here again.
Danny’s place was clean and nice. An easy walk to Powell Blvd. A nice stay for our visit to Page. I would recommend Danny’s place.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Leapfrog Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Leapfrog Lodging will match it.
