Negative: Providing for awareness only: Parking is on street. The towel racks in the bathroom were broke which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay but could be for a longer stay.

We truly enjoyed our 5-night stay in Page! Our family of four, including two young kids, found the home to be incredibly clean and well-prepared for a longer visit. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including an Instant Pot, a mixer, and plenty of utensils. The huge fridge was perfect for stocking up for the week, and having a washer/dryer with pods provided was a huge plus for a family with children. The beds were so comfortable. The kids especially loved the bunk beds! While the bathroom was on the smaller side, it was spotless and fully stocked with all the essentials like soap, shampoo, and lotion. The location is unbeatable. It’s very close to Safeway, which made grocery runs easy. It's also near a medical center (we ended up using) for any emergencies. We highly recommend this home for families looking for a comfortable, convenient base in Page!

Great Stay Positive: The home is in a great location and has everything you could need. The washer/dryer was very helpful and the host supplies tons of towels/linens for everyone. The pancakes for breakfast were a big hit and it was nice having a space large enough to accommodate our families. Negative: The bunk bed squeaks/shakes a little bit when the person on top moves so don't put a restless sleeper on the top bunk. lol

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Leapfrog Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Leapfrog Lodging will match it.
