Located in a barn on the back of our 1.4 acre property in the valley between the Wasatch Mountains and the Great Salt Lake, it is completely private. It features a 43" bathroom TV viewable from a 2 person farm-style claw tub, Luxurious rustic log bed, couch bed, and 75" bedroom TV! Enjoy FREE Kayak, Stand Up Paddleboard, Canoe, and River Tube Rentals for all guests during your stay! The Kayak Cabin, the adjacent outdoor dining area with the table, chairs, and Smoker Grill. The rest of the yard is shared with the host family. You can also say hi to our 2 cute pigmy goats Gregory (brown and white), and Phillipe' (black and brown). You can contact us via the app. We do love to meet our guests but really leave the amount of interaction up to you. As a bonus for being our guest, please enjoy a Free rental (up to 1 per person per day) We also have kids, 2 goats, and a friendly dog name Kai who you may occasionally hear playing in our large 1.4 acre yard. Other things to note Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Also this Cabin is NOT for those who struggle to go upstairs or step into free standing bath tubs. The Garage where the Cabin is, also houses our kayak rental fleet for our kayak rental business. As our guest you can use the kayaks for free as mentioned above. Some mornings beginning at 8am and some evenings ending at 8pm you may see or hear us loading kayaks and paddleboards on customer's cars in the parking lot in front of the cabin. We try very hard to be quiet while we load vehicles and respect your space while at the cabin, but we want you to be aware of it.

Stay away!! Positive: It's nicely designed. Negative: It's in someone's backyard. That is not private. It says breakfast included but they tell you there is ingredients for pancakes, so you can mix and cook??? That's not definition of breakfast included. It was also super hot inside and it took too long to cool down with ac.
This is an absolutely charming small lofted space to hang out in. I was in town to visit a friend and even when it got rainy, the cozy upstairs part and huge tv made staying indoors that much better. Easy to find and get in and out of. Even had some pancake/waffle mix ready to go! Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy place
The cabin is very cozy, and Danny is very responsive. Clear instructions were given on how to get there, and made it easy to get in. The cabin is extremely clean and is perfect for 2-4 people. Plenty of grocery shopping/dinner spots around.

Our cabin was lovely! Our hosts had everything we could possibly imagine. My grandson fed the goats (super cool) and we loved Kai the dog. Private, peaceful and great. Thank you.
Me and my Husband, celebrated our anniversary and choose this airbnb for two nights, is what stood out to us was the loft, and the big two person bath. It was everything we could've asked for and will definitely be returning next time we need to retreat away. We loved the free breakfast. the goats, and they even let out the dog so we could meet him per our request around 9 at night. I will recommend this stay to fellow people wanting to celebrate an amazing anniversary. 10/10
This is the second time that we have stayed here and just love the privacy and how accessible it is. My two year old son loves to ride his bike around on the tar mat and feed the goats. It is easy to get to and just LOVE the cabin design and look. There’s a washer and dryer for laundry and supplies for long stays. It is easily our favorite place to stay when we visit Utah!!!
Loved this stay so much. It’s SO cute inside and they provided so many extras to make the stay perfect!

Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Leapfrog Lodging will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
