This neighborhood is at the base of the mountain in East Layton, only 19 miles from snow basin! Experience a cabin in the forest, a private yard next to a gully of tall trees. The back yard is fully enclosed by a privacy fence, surrounded with trees & a hill behind. Escape with a 20 minute neighborhood walk (or 5 minute drive) to a wooded trail that heads around Hobbs reservoir! This path connects to the paved Kayscreek trail where you’re likely to spot a deer in the evening. Adams, Holmes and Hobbs resevoirs are all within a 6 minute drive, and all very beautiful!

The neighborhood is quite accessible right off of the main road of Antelope Drive, close to 89 and I-15. The neighborhood is full of mature trees, right at the base of the mountain, close to trails, hikes & lakes. There is plenty of parking on the premise, room for about 6 vehicles (or 5 with an RV) as well seasonal parking on the street.
