This bnb is really beautiful my wife and I as well as my pups really enjoyed our stay as well as the back yard for our baby doggies!

The basement stay is wonderful. The bathroom is clean and cozy, the living room reminds you of being a child going into the living room with your parents and enjoying a movie. It’s a cozy and peaceful setting with everything you could possibly need to truly enjoy your stay.

Great location, great hosts, had everything we needed. The only down side is the amount of noise we heard from the renters upstairs. You can hear every footstep and conversation. We could even hear the clanging dishes when they were cooking.

My stay here was much needed. I was on the road all day and needed a place to stay and rest up. I was responded to quickly about my reservation and they were very flexible with my check in time, that was very late. The space was private and quiet, overall great place.

Jennilyn was a great host! - Always quick communication (like, super quick) and definitely felt like she truly cared that I enjoyed your stay and felt comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that is still walkable to several restaurants, grocery store, etc. The home is very spacious and well lit given that it's a basement apt. Another HUGE perk was, if you have a dog with you, you have your own fenced in back yard space - so I could just open the door and let my dog out without any worries at all, which was super nice. I have 0 complaints about my stay at Jennilyn's home and would definitely recommend!

The hosts were very attentive and the unit was clean and amenable. However, the listing gives the impression that the host lives in the house which is not the case. The upstairs is another rental and we had issues with noise and parking. The walls (and ceiling) are paper thin and you will hear every footstep upstairs. The host responded quickly to the noise complaint, but just be aware that they are not on the property to directly address concerns. Overall, I would not stay here again with my family (with young children).

A great base for experiencing the Salt Lake Valley. Jennilyn's neigborhood was quiet and peaceful, near the Frisbee Golf Course and Big Cottonwood Creek. A great place to stay.

The place overall was very pretty and comfortable. However, the trash hadn’t been taken out when we arrived. The kitchen was stalked with all the cookware that you’d need and the backyard was great. There was a little incident involving a stubbed toe and it was said there needed to be professional cleaning due to a couple droplets of blood. When I followed up asking about the amount of cleaning needed and how much the service was going to cost, I was left on read. Overall the place was cute but not for the amount of trouble we went through.

Home was very clean with a lot of space. Noisy at times from the upstairs, but manageable. Overall great stay.

The basement rental was good. The primary bedroom had a comfortable bed. We did not try the beds in the bunk room. The kitchen had many needed items. The fully fenced backyard was small but perfect for my dogs. The neighborhood is nice and there is a great park within walking distance. The only negative was the noise level. The first night we heard banging doors in the early morning hours. It was very easy to hear people walking around above you. It sounded like stomping but we know they were not stomping. It is also very easy to hear conversations. It you are not bothered by the noise then it is a great place. They communicate well.

The stay was great, even though you’re in the same home it was nice and quiet and felt like you were all on your own. Easy access to everything and labels on the cabinets were really helpful. Nice warm water!

This was our second time staying at Jennilyn’s place and we were not disappointed. It really felt like a home away from home. It’s spacious, well-equipped, and Jennilyn and her family are top-notch hosts.

It was great! They were attentive, the kitchen and house in general is packed with everything you need to cook, play, and have a great stay. My only complain will be that you can hear them sometimes, but honestly, they were clear with that and it’s not terrible. Amazing host!

We stayed at Jennilyn’s for a week and it was perfect. Spacious yet cozy with a modern kitchen, reclining couches, huge TV and a super comfy bed. Jennilyn was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed. We hope to stay here again!

Basement apartment was very very clean & has great furniture. In a nice quiet neighborhood - was easy to find & nearby all our activities. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Visited Utah for a short trip and absolutely loved it! Jennilyn left very helpful tips and instructions on a white board inside the home and was very communicative. There were plenty of fun board games and crafts that were available to guests perfectly organized. Overall very comfortable and homey.

We came to Spend thanksgiving with family which was an hour away. I wasn’t aware it was that far when booking but I did want to be close to the airport. It’s about 20 mins. The area is somewhat close to shopping, restaurants and gyms. Traffic is nuts in slc. I live in a small town in Georgia and traffic flows faster there. The place is a remodeled basement. The workmanship is not the best. Dangling electrical wire hanging from the ceiling and holes in the walls. Missing door closure. To enter the place you need to walk down maybe 6-8 steps. A door mat is needed, hand rails and a blind for the only door. Overall the price paid was good. We did not like the bed, too fluffy. We slept in the firm bed in the other room. The home was nice and toasty everytime we came back.

My stay was awesome. It was very comfortable and clean. Everything is brand new: I have a dog and it was easy to access the backyard that is fully fenced for me to use for my dog alone which is amazing. It was furnished nicely. The couch in living room is the best I’ve sat on with leather and they recline. Very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. It is convenient to shopping areas and also eateries. Very nice place. The price was very fair. I loved it and would definitely use Jen and Brian again.

This is my fav place yet! The bed was Heaven. The home is beautiful. High end furniture. The couch reclines at every seat. They have all the TV apps to enjoy. The desk is huge with all the hook ups for an extra monitor and charging cords. Our kids loved the queen bunk bed in the second bedroom. It was equal to staying at a 5-Star Hotel. I was completely surprised they don’t charge more. Worth every dollar.

I will choose to stay here again!

This is one of my favorite stays! Very cozy place, the bed is very comfortable and different pillows to choose from. Temperature was great, location was perfect for our needs. Very flexible with our pup. Very welcoming family. I hope I can stay here again!
