Pets: Pets are not allowed Note: The house has been separated into two different Units (upstairs and basement) separated by a door locked on both sides so neither guest can pass through. There may be times when you will be sharing the house with other guests downstairs. You will notice that the thermostat has a lockbox on it. We have had issues with guests adjusting the thermostat, which either causes the A/C to freeze up or makes the basement unbearably cold for the guests down there. If it gets too warm, let us know, and we will be happy to make the adjustments for you. Usually, the thermostat is kept between 71-72ºF. November 2025 5.00This listing delivered everything and more! Very spacious and comfortable home! My daughters appreciated the lower second detachable shower heads in both bathrooms. The kitchen included a lot more kitchen utensils I was able to use during my stay I was very pleased and grateful for what they provided at this Airbnb! Most airbnbs I’ve been to provided just bare minimum. Every host for this Airbnb was very kind friendly and very responsive to my needs! I appreciate you all! Thank You!🙏🏻

August 2025 4.001st, the good: The space was clean, the beds were the most comfortable that any of us have ever slept in. The kitchen was roomy and the amenities…coffee, shampoo, etc were all great. Communication was good. Bathrooms were great. Not so good: (And of course, this is on me.) I read in the amenities it had Hvac, but I did not read through the detailed notes at the bottom of the description that said the AC would be locked. Both nights were hot. We got in late and I reached out to the house but they were unavailable. However, the next day they turned the AC down a bit. The 2nd night was still pretty warm, but not as bad as the first night. Had I read the HVAC controls were in a lock box I would not have stayed here. The beds were super comfy, but when you’re sweating, even uncovered, it’s not comfortable enough to overcome the discomfort. Plus the tile was broken along the edge, separating the living area and the kitchen. And there was various bits of damage throughout the unit.
